- All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and another notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery time is typically 7-21 business days due to products overseas origin.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the availability of your ordered items.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and the delivery address. We strive to offer competitive rates and provide options for various budgets.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300 amount (before taxes and discounts).
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes, but please note that certain shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box addresses. If this is the case, you will be notified at checkout.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers. However, we are constantly exploring options to expand our delivery services to other countries in the future.
6. Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship all orders promptly, sometimes unexpected circumstances such as weather, high demand, or shipping carrier delays can affect delivery times. We will do our best to keep you informed if any delays occur.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or third-party services. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Shadow Shoez is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Shadow Shoez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking information. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
